Excited to present one more performing project:RAF PLAYS TORI (A TRIBUTE TO TORI AMOS). We’re launching this project with my first live performance of ‘Crucify’, a BRAND NEW VIDEO and a work in progress. Everyone who knows me, know I love a musical challenge. So alongside performing our own Raf and O material, creating new songs (our 6th album will soon be a reality) and also interpreting Kate Bush and David Bowie, I now perform a tribute to Tori Amos and it’s very exciting! I saw Tori twice live years ago and I was pinned back. I’m cherishing having a go at performing those gorgeous piano arrangements and her singular songs.” Raf Mantelli

BIO

Cosmic in outlook and often compared to Kate Bush and David Bowie in attitude and fearlessness, South-East London multi-instrumentalists duo Raf and O AKA Raf Mantelli and O Richard Smith with five albums under their belt and a sixth in the making, create a retro-futuristic blend of Art Rock and Electro-Pop to striking effect. Described as highly individual, intoxicating and spellbinding, they’ve been praised by the press for their emotional depth of songwriting, intensity of performance and outstanding interpretations, they’ve played venues such as The Queen Elizabeth Hall and The Union Chapel and have explored setting music to Shakespeare and composing for theatre.
